1. How do I list my home on this site?
Fill out the form. We will contact you within 2 business days.

2.  How much does it cost to list my home?
There is no charge for all of the information, internet advertising, signs, riders or lockbox usage.  In order to make sure that we receive our our signs, riders, and lockbox back, we do charge a fully refundable $99 deposit. 

3.  How long will my home be listed?
The home will be listed for up to 3 months unless you request to have it removed sooner.

4.  How can my house become a Featured Home? How much does it cost?
Featured Homes are advertised on the Featured Properties page, and can be purchased for $50/week. The first two homes listed each week, receive this benefit for FREE. 

5.  How do I edit my ad?
Send us an email with the updated information. Please allow 2 business days to modify the information.

6. How do I delete my entry after my house is sold?
Simply contact us and let us know you'd like to delete the listing.

7. Can I hold an open house?
Yes, as often as you wish.

8. How can you offer all of these benefits for FREE?  What's the catch?

There is no catch!  In order to better educate and inform buyers and sellers, we provide the FSBO Kit, advertising, and comprehensive information as FREE No-Obligation Services. In the event that a seller decides not to try and accomplish the task of selling by owner, we ask them to consider allowing one of our real estate or mortgage sponsors apply for the position.  There is never any obligation to do so.
